Rippling provided a unified payroll system that allowed for consistent, accurate, and timely payroll processing across various countries, significantly reducing complexity and helping Liven maintain compliance.
‘We’ve redeployed the three FTEs required to manage payroll in over 10-plus countries to just 0.5 of a resource. And it's done in a transparent way, with more accurate results. This has been a pivotal improvement for our operations and enabled us to reallocate team members to other P&C initiatives,’ explained Aaron Rau, Liven’s Head of People and Culture.
Rippling centralised all Liven’s HR functions into a single platform, which improved data management and reduced administrative burdens previously exacerbated by using multiple disparate systems.

By automating payroll, consolidating HR processes, and integrating compliance measures, Rippling empowered Liven to scale its operations without increasing administrative burden or compliance risks.
The platform also facilitated a significant uplift in performance management adoption, with 94% of employees now completing self-reviews—an increase from 85%. This consistency has been significant in maintaining alignment and engagement as Liven expands globally.
