Formerly Associate General Counsel, Employment at Meta, Christina now serves as Lead Counsel for Rippling’s Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Employer of Record (EOR) product teams, providing labor and employment law advice. Her background includes defending employment class actions, misclassification cases, wage and hour claims, and harassment/discrimination claims. Christina is also a member of the the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) California Working Group.
