We’re partnering with Indeed to supercharge your recruiting process 

Fill jobs faster with Rippling Recruiting and Indeed

Ready to hire on all cylinders? With Rippling Recruiting, you can build a recruiting engine that improves the effectiveness and speed of your recruiting team. And thanks to our latest integration with Indeed, you're able to cast a wider talent net. Job postings from Rippling Recruiting are automatically published to Indeed at no additional cost. What’s more? With Indeed Apply support, all candidates who submit an application via Indeed are seamlessly added to Rippling Recruiting, making it easier than ever to hire the right people. 

We’re continuing to lead HCMs in usability 

Simplify department management with custom reference codes 

With hundreds of departments, many of which have similar names, finding the correct department in hiring flows or profile updates used to be a tedious task. Now, you can create reference custom codes that are searchable in all key hiring and transition flows, reportable to help finance teams with downstream reporting, and available via our API for additional use cases.

Estimate all-in costs in your headcount plans 

You now have the ability to input standard full-load estimates, including taxes and benefits, in cost estimates for new positions and existing employees inside Headcount Planning. Customize values by country for precise geographic differentiation, and generate more accurate budget projections. 

Speed up comp reviews with Comprehensive

Our integration with Comprehensive eliminates the need for spreadsheets to plan, manage, and communicate employee compensation. This is a first-of-its-kind partnership in the Rippling ecosystem and enables businesses to make efficient, transparent, and equitable compensation decisions from one centralized place—using real-time employee compensation data in Rippling.

We’re simplifying global payroll and benefits across countries

Allow multiple approvers in Global Payroll

Whether you're importing historical paid bills or setting up new unpaid ones, you can now efficiently transfer detailed line-item information through a single spreadsheet upload. Simply navigate to the "Import CSV" option on your Bills dashboard to streamline your accounts payable process. 

Make your reviews more efficient with contextualized Slack alerts 

Enhancements to our Slack notifications are here to make your review process even more efficient. Instead of generic "New message from Rippling" alerts, notifications now include relevant context right inside the preview. 

Fully document card transactions with “Missing Requirements” state 

The new “Missing Requirements” state on our card transaction approval workflow helps maintain data completeness and saves reviewers time by ensuring they only receive fully documented transactions. Similar to expense requests, employee transactions now require all policy requirements—like memos, receipts, and accounting fields—to be completed before routing to approvers.
