When Swish first left Paychex, it initially kept Deputy, its third-party scheduling tool. While clunky with Paychex, Deputy seamlessly integrated with Rippling’s HRIS and payroll solution. “The connection between the two platforms was way more stable,” Alyssa said. “We didn’t have as many issues with the hours pulling over, so we didn’t have to do payroll corrections.
