Rippling “Startup Stack" Offer Terms and Conditions
These Rippling “Startup Stack” offer terms and conditions (the “Startup Stack Terms”) apply to the following Rippling promotional offer for eligible venture capital-backed (“VCB”) companies (“Startup Stack Offer”). These Startup Stack Terms incorporate and supplement the Rippling Promotions Terms and Conditions available at: https://app.rippling.com/legal/promoterms (“Promo Terms”). In the event of any conflict between the Promo Terms and these Startup Stack Terms, these Startup Stack Terms will govern with respect to the Startup Stack Offer.
Startup Offer General Rules and Limitations
- Your company must:
- Be a VCB company that is legally registered in the United States;
- Not be an existing or previous Rippling customer; and
- Enter into an Order Form with Rippling for at least one of the Rippling products offered under this Startup Stack Offer.
- You must, on or before July 31, 2025, complete and submit the form on the Rippling Startup Stack Offer landing page located at: rippling.com/stack.
1. Down Market Startup Stack Offer
The Down Market Startup Stack Offer applies to companies that meet the Eligibility Requirements and have between one (1) and fifty (50) full-time employees.
A. Down Market Startup Stack Offer - Rippling Products
- This Down Market Startup Stack Offer is applicable only to the first six (6) months of recurring subscription charges and consultative implementation services package set forth on the initial Order Form for the following Rippling products:
- US Payroll;
- Global Payroll;
- HRIS (Core);
- Benefits Administration;
- FSA, HSA, and Commuter Benefits;
- Rippling Spend (including Corporate Cards, Bill Pay, and Expense Management);
- IT (Device Management, App Provisioning, SSO, and Team Password Management);
- Recruiting (ATS); and/or;
- PEO/HR Services.
- This Down Market Startup Stack Offer does not include any benefits rates for Rippling PEO.
- This Down Market Startup Stack Offer includes all Rippling third-party app integrations.
- This Down Market Startup Stack Offer is applicable only to the first three (3) months of recurring subscription charges and consultative implementation services package set forth on the initial Order Form for Rippling EOR services.
- For clarity, this Down Market Startup Stack Offer does not apply to EOR deposits, which will be required as outlined in Rippling’s EOR Terms of Service available at: https://app.rippling.com/legal/eor.
- This Down Market Startup Stack Offer does not apply to other recurring or one-time costs, taxes, and/or governmental charges, including any transaction-related fees (e.g., currency conversion fees and/or cross-border wire fees).
- The Order Form minimum contract length must be eighteen (18) months.
B. Down Market Startup Stack Offer - Rippling Spend
- Eligibility requirements:
- Apply for and be approved for a Rippling Corporate Card.
- Route at least 75% of eligible company card spend through Rippling Corporate Card for 6 consecutive months from activation.
- A 1.75% cash back applies only to Eligible Purchases, as defined in Rippling’s Corporate Card Rewards Terms, made on the Rippling Corporate Card for the first twelve (12) months from activation. After the first twelve (12) months, the then-current rate applies under the same conditions.
- Rewards are governed by Rippling’s Corporate Card Rewards Terms available at https://app.rippling.com/legal/corporatecardrewards.
- This Down Market Startup Stack Offer for Rippling Spend is subject to approval under Rippling's standard underwriting and compliance review.
- If at any point your company fails to maintain the 75% spend threshold during the relevant 6-month period, Rippling reserves the right to revoke the Down Market Startup Stack Offer for Rippling Spend and/or retroactively bill for any discounted Rippling products or services.
2. Up Market Startup Stack Offer
The Up Market Startup Stack Offer applies to companies that meet the Eligibility Requirements and have more than fifty one (51) full-time employees.
A. Up Market Startup Stack Offer - Rippling Products
- This Up Market Startup Stack Offer is applicable only to the first six (6) months of recurring subscription charges and consultative implementation services package set forth on the initial Order Form for the following Rippling products:
- US Payroll;
- Global Payroll;
- HRIS (Core);
- Benefits Administration;
- FSA, HSA, and Commuter Benefits;
- Rippling Spend (including Corporate Cards, Bill Pay, and Expense Management);
- IT (Device Management, App Provisioning, SSO, and Team Password Management);
- Recruiting (ATS); and/or
- Talent (Talent Signal, Headcount Planning, Performance Management, Surveys).
- This Up Market Startup Stack Offer includes all Rippling third-party app integrations.
- This Up Market Startup Stack Offer is applicable only to the first three (3) months of recurring subscription charges and consultative implementation services package set forth on the initial Order Form for Rippling EOR services.
- For clarity, this Up Market Market Startup Stack Offer does not apply to EOR deposits, which will be required as outlined in Rippling’s EOR Terms of Service available at: https://app.rippling.com/legal/eor.
- This Up Market Startup Stack Offer does not apply to other recurring or one-time costs, taxes, and/or governmental charges, including any transaction-related fees (e.g., currency conversion fees and/or cross-border wire fees).
- The Order Form minimum contract length must be twenty four (24) months.
B. Up Market Startup Stack Offer - Rippling Spend
- To be eligible for this Up Market Startup Stack Offer for Rippling Spend, you must apply for, and receive approval for, Rippling Corporate Card.
- This Up Market Startup Stack Offer for Rippling Spend is subject to approval under Rippling's standard underwriting and compliance review.
