Device Trust
Using Rippling’s unified MDM and IdP, you can now easily enforce behavioral detection rules with Supergroups to ensure only applicable users with managed devices can access specific third-party apps and company resources. Setup only takes a few clicks and maintenance is a breeze, with Rippling acting as the certificate authority moving forward.
IT Management app
We gave you total visibility into and control over all things IT with our IT Management app. You can view users, their devices, and their access in one place. Stay in sync with HR, thanks to a single dashboard for managing tasks and IT requests. Build custom approval policies for IT actions, like app provisioning and device orders, to be as hands-on (or hands-off) as you like.

We’re still the only platform to let you order, ship, configure, and securely warehouse and retrieve devices. No more messy supply closets, missing devices, or last minute trips to FedEx or Best Buy. We dramatically expanded the countries you can hire, pay, and manage employees in. We added 22 new EOR countries: Belgium, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and the UAE.
Global Payroll
We built native payroll in three new countries: the Netherlands, New Zealand, and Singapore. Because our engineers built these payroll solutions from the ground up, companies with entities in these countries can now prepare and run payroll in minutes with the same experience as using Rippling for your domestic payroll.
Global Contractor Hub
We launched Contractor Hub with two new features to increase control and visibility for contractor payments. Contractors can now submit invoices right in Rippling. After you approve, invoices sync straight to payroll. In Rippling Balance, contractors can see upcoming payments dates, access new withdrawal methods like Wise, and contact Rippling support directly.
New ways to control company spend
Bill Pay
We took the busy work out of bills and gave you a faster, more reliable way to pay vendors. With Bill Pay, you can automatically create bills from invoices, route them for approval, and schedule payments. This gives you a unified view of global spend across your payroll, expenses, corporate cards, and bills.
Corporate Cards in Canada
You needed company cards that work in Canada, so we delivered. Whether you have an HQ or subsidiary in Canada, you can avoid foreign exchange fees on in-country transactions and pay in the local currency, streamlining spending and reporting.
Faster reimbursements
Your employees didn’t want to wait for expense reimbursement. With direct deposits, we let them choose whether they want to be reimbursed as part of their payroll run or to an account of their choosing any time they submit an expense for reimbursement.
