We’re adding more power to your platform enhancing your workflows

Meet the new Workflow Studio

Workflow Studio now makes automation faster, easier, and more customizable than ever. Ready to eliminate the most tedious part of your day?

Delegate permissions management. Empower your leaders.

Now, Superadmins can delegate permissions management by role, guaranteeing leaders have the precise level of access needed to manage their teams securely and efficiently.

Control your notifications from Rippling

Starting this month, some emails will shift to in-app notifications or daily digests to reduce your inbox clutter. We'll auto-select which emails are most relevant, but you’ll always have the ability to customize your notification preferences directly in the Rippling app—choosing what you receive, how often, and where.

We’re upleveling our HCM

Track attendance with expiring points in Scheduling

Easily track attendance with points that expire after a set period. You can create policies to have attendance points automatically expire after a certain number of days or on a specific date, keeping your records aligned with current performance.

Export shifts to third party calendar apps

Now, you can seamlessly export all your shifts to your preferred third-party calendar app—whether it's iCal, Google Calendar, or Outlook—from any schedule you're involved in, whether you’re a member, observer, or manager.

Enjoy seamless sourcing with standardized candidate locations in Recruiting

Rippling Recruiting now displays candidate locations in a consistent format, for faster candidate rediscovery and improved location-based analytics. Recruiters can also search their candidate database to find all previous applications within a selected radius of a city.

We’re making paying your people a piece of cake

Revamped expected notices

You now have the ability to access tax notices across a range of filing frequencies–semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, and annual–offering you greater transparency and making it easier than ever to stay on top of your tax obligations.

We’re expanding your global reach

We’re constantly expanding our EOR coverage. You can now compliantly hire, pay, and manage employees in Argentina, Belgium, Hong Kong, Indonesia, and South Africa—with more countries on the way!
